Below is the cooker that we use in Chester, as well as for all
of our catering and events.

It was designed and constructed by Dennis Atwater of
Denny's Details in Vernon Vermont.
Despite the over abundance of snow we received this year Chris still
cooked the ribs and chicken outside. He stayed much closer to the grill in
hopes to stay warm, it didn't help much though.
What we thought it would be a great idea to turn our 14 foot snow bank into
a 14 foot snow man, turned out to be one long day and a lot of shoveling.
